MiniVac™ Vacuum Conveyors
Fits near the ceiling or in tight spaces. The unique side access filter panel allows for use in tight physical spaces. The MiniVac™ can be mounted in a corner or close to the ceiling where plant space is at a premium.
H-Series Vacuum Conveyors
Convey powder material or granules using plant air. The engineered COAX® technology provides efficient use of plant air to convey dry bulk material efficiently. The advanced COAX® pump design creates a vacuum using a multistage patented technology. The COAX® design delivers 3x more flow than conventional pneumatic systems, allowing for increased speed with high reliability while keeping operation costs low. Ideal for Explosion Proof environments. The fully pneumatic conveyor requires no costly explosion proof component adders. The unit is inherently explosion proof and is ATEX dust certified.
Tubular Drag Conveyors
Move material continuously in any direction without dusting. Tubular drag is a simple yet flexible engineering concept. A low-horsepower sprocket drive pulls a chain through a fully sealed casing. As material enters through an inlet, it is conveyed between flights along the chain, traveling at virtually any angle. Use it to move abrasive, corrosive, high-moisture-content materials that easily pack or smear.

Increase your filling efficiency and consistently produce flat-bottomed, stackable bags. Two bulk bag filler designs — engineered specifically for your system requirements — feed directly from your equipment or one of Hapman’s three kinds of feed conveyors. Increase your production efficiency with enhancements such as remote bag release, densification, de-aeration, batch weighing and transport conveyors to ensure stable, easy-to-handle FIBCs. Assure smooth, efficient discharge of your products. Simple to operate, the bulk bag unloader installs easily with our two-piece frame, or fits in tight spaces with our low-profile frame. Unload bags quickly and safely, even in explosive environments. Modular components are adaptable to a variety of applications, and a complete range of options ensures your materials flow properly. Available in stainless steel or carbon steel with a variety of finishes including enamel paint, FDA epoxy, Steel-it and powder-coated.
Bag Dump Station
Limit material lost during disposal while preventing dust. Hapman bag dump stations are available in various designs that function as part of a complete Hapman conveying system, stand-alone units or custom-engineered units attached to existing equipment. You choose whether to confine dust within the self-contained process or use external collection. A wide selection of options helps increase and assure uniform product flow.
Bag Compactor
Run your shifts cleaner, safer and more economically. Hapman bag compactor lets you dispose of empty bags easily and safely while containing dust. The unit’s enclosed design protects employees from dust exposure while safety interlocks help prevent operational injuries. Standard air-logic operated controls save energy while making the unit safe for explosion-proof or washdown areas. Convey powder material or granules without plant air. Plant air can be an expensive utility to use in a mechanical conveying process. Select the MiniVac™ when the cost effective solution is to use the Hapman engineered integral regenerative blower. The regenerative blower uses less energy compare to similar technologies.
Feed and measure free- and non-free-flowing corrosive, abrasive, sluggish and very free-flowing materials without degradation, segregation or agglomeration. PosiPortion™ feeder’s moving paddles produce external agitation that improves product flow, reduces bridging, minimizes material contact surfaces, simplifies cleaning and reduces opportunity for contamination.
